NSW After The Vows Shoot

Today’s Australian wedding photography swoonfest comes courtesy of David Moore Photography.

At first glance this shoot looks like a trash-the-dress shoot, but it’s not so. David explains, “We used a real bride-to-be (not a model) to show those already married what was possible if you did not want to see your frock left hanging or boxed in your wardrobe forever more.

We wanted to do an ‘After the Vows’ shoot rather than a trash-the-dress session and we definitely didn’t want to take a tacky approach.”

We love how peaceful and serene these photos look. Plus we can’t get over the gorgeous thrift store frock and the fact that it only cost $20. Bargain.

    this is so gorgeous!
i’ve always hated the term ‘trash the dress’ as it brings up negative connotations… after the vows is a lot nicer!!! well done!
