Pomegranate Martini

This Pomegranate Martini looks sublime and we’re sure the colour alone would be enough to draw the attention of your guests. This cocktail isn’t too bad in the calorie department either, with 124 calories per serving.

Servings: 1 • Serving Size: 4 oz • Calories: 124

• 3 oz Pomegranate juice

• 1 oz citrus infused vodka

• crushed ice

• lemon or lime twist

Super chill the glass, shake well with crushed ice and add a twist of lemon or lime for a killer drink.

Wine Spritzer

What could be better than wine, a wine spritzer that’s what. Not only does it taste delicious it also cuts the calories and carbs in half.

You can use a Pinot Grigio, Reisling, Rose, Merlot or Chardonnay. Whichever tickles your fancy.

Servings: 1 small glass • Time: 1 minute

• 2 oz Wine

• 2 oz Club Soda

Pour the Pinot Grigio and club soda over ice in a chilled wineglass and stir gently.

Mango Bellini

We have mango fever, the cure, a Mango Bellini of course.

Servings: 1 serving  Time: 5 minutes

• 1 tablespoon fresh mango pureed

• 4 oz chilled Prosecco or Champagne

Combine mango puree and chilled Prosecco in each champagne glass and serve.
