Vintage Engagement Shoot {Stephanie + Mason} 17.06.2013

Today we’re getting lost is some dreamy engagement photos captured by Gideon Photography.

Whilst this Utah engagement shoot was purely setup for inspirational purposes, the models for the day were/are a real couple. They also chose what to wear on the day and weren’t told how to behave.

We’re smitten with everything about this shoot, but we’re particularly smitten with the impromptu pillow fight, Stephanie’s painted flats and the wooden bangles she wore which were customized with text by Paloma’s Nest. We also can’t overlook the adorable save-the-date cards by Momental Designs.

Kristy Rice of Momental Designs explained the design concept behind the unique save-the-date cards, “For save-the-dates I created a DIY friendly concept with Polaroids as the focal point. I picked up wooden boxes from a local craft store and painted a Sego Lily (Utah State Flower) on each lid. Inside were two mini Poloroids with fun shots of a watercolour palette and the couple holding hands. Each shot had a note written; ‘October 20, 2012′ and the other read ‘Write it down.’  Of course I had to include a mini Sharpie pen for guests to literally write it down. The idea was to create an interactive save-the-date; one that guests opened and sensed playfulness immediately.”

Stokehouse Wedding {Colleen + Rory} 13.06.2013

When it comes to aesthetically pleasing wedding pictures, it’s hard to overlook these pictures memorialised by I Got You Babe Photography.

The gorgeous couple, Colleen and Rory, wed in a city church in Melbourne Australia. For their post wedding ceremony pictures, the couple chose to wander around the historic grounds of The University of Melbourne and the charming grounds of Carlton Gardens.

For the reception, the couple chose to have a relaxed glamorous beach-side affair at the Stokehouse, which is located on St Kilda foreshore. Friends and family enjoyed yummy food, a great view, and lots of fun.

Glen Foerd Mansion Wedding {Cara + Brad} 10.06.2013

What do we have here? Oh, just some super beaut wedding photos by Lorraine Daley Wedding Photography.

Lorraine and Greg captured this beautiful wedding in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The gorgeous bride and groom wed and held their reception at Glen Foerd on the Delaware. Glen Foerd is a historic riverfront mansion situated on 18 acres overlooking the scenic Delaware river.

All the exquisite details of this wedding make us grin with joy. We’re infatuated with the bride’s elegant Priscilla of Boston wedding dress, the soft pink and blue colour scheme, the charming place cards, the pretty flowers, and the lavish wedding cake.
