This darling couple love nature, animals, fishing, and originality.
The gorgeous bride got ready in a stunning lodge in St-Etienne de Bolton located in Quebec and then headed down to the dock to await her groom, which arrived in a red canoe.
Bonnallie Brodeur Photographe captured the splendid wedding photos and tells us “We used the forest [backdrop] to catch some shots of the couple before the ceremony. Then we headed to the ceremony that was supposed to be held at the Haut Bois Normand sugar shack. Upon our arrival, we noticed a beautiful tipi with coloured ribbons and a real owl. The owl was in charge of bringing the rings, but the ceremony reached new heights when Violaine grabbed her ukulele to sing Gaetan her vows. It was beautiful. These two do nothing like anyone else. The day was filled with [so many] surprises. After this emotional ceremony, we took pictures of the newlyweds by a barn. The light of dusk was fantastic. We all had a lot of fun: the photographers, the newlyweds, and the mosquitoes.”
This gorgeous pair chose to follow their unique ceremony with an equally unique reception at Haut Bois Normand in Quebec, Canada. They decorated their reception space with loads of animals, pretty flowers and string fairy lights.
Congratulations Violaine and Gaetan.
