Brides looking for beach wedding inspiration should look no further than this gorgeous Narrabeen beach wedding.
The beautiful couple, Franziska and Christo, were married during a full moon on the 30th January 2010 {meaning lots of good luck for this couple}. Their ceremony was held on the beach at Narrabeen with the reception at Narrabeen Surf Club.
Franziska, a natural beauty, didn’t need much to shine on her wedding day. She managed to look breathtaking in a flowing Anna Campbell gown, no shoes, and a flower in her hair. Her bridesmaids wore long brown gowns, while her husband kept it chic in an off-white suit.
The couples brown and blue beach wedding was made especially unique during the ceremony, because they symbolically merged their countries of origin. The bride explained, “As every guest entered the beach track they were given a flower, either a sunflower to represent Switzerland or a gum nut to represent Australia. During our ceremony we had a flower swapping, were everyone with a sunflower swapped with a person with a gum nut. We also had a sand ceremony were we poured sand from Switzerland and sand from Sydney together into a beautiful vase.”
Congratulations Franziska and Christo and thank you atdusk photography for sharing these wonderful wedding pictures.
