Urban Light Studios Wedding {Aaron + Tom} 12.12.2011

When it comes to unique weddings, this Seattle wedding photographed by Carly Bish Photography dominates!

Photographer Carly had this to say…

“Aaron and Tom were married at the super funky, colorful, comfortable space of Urban Light Studios in downtown Seattle. Their celebration was put together on the backs and love of family and friends. While the bridesmaids designed the invitations and baked delicious cake pops, another friend with a talent for barbecue cooked a feast for all their guests. Tom’s mother designed the florals, including the bouquets and boutonnieres, while Aaron created the gorgeous altar hanging for their ceremony.”

Carly also added, “The amount of love for Aaron and Tom was so evident at their wedding – it almost overwhelmed. Top it off with their fun-loving, joyful spirits, and you end up with one unforgettable wedding day.”

French DIY Wedding {Aurelie + Sylvain} 03.11.2011

This wedding truly puts the D into DIY and we absolutely love it. We’re smitten with the beautiful peonies bouquets, the brides pretty 20′s style wedding dress made by Lili M, the pinwheels place cards, and that heavenly wedding cake.

The wonderful wedding pictures were captured by French photographer Elisabeth of Elisabeth Perotin Photographie and here’s what she had to say…

“I love shooting retro-boheme weddings like this one, this wedding was probably the one that looked [most] like the one I would dream of for me. Aurelie created everything herself, that’s why this wedding was so unique and also because her and Sylvain made an awesome couple.”

Styled Perfection {Allison + Matt} 27.10.2011

My word. Ladies and gentlemen, we give to you: styled shoot perfection.

This pretty pink and orange styled shoot was photographed by Becca Rillo Photography and put together by a seriously talented team of vendors. The shoot was created from glorious start to finish by the talented Sophia Caramanoff of Les Belles Affaires. Here’s what Sophia had to say about the shoot, which took place in Rancho Santa Fe, California…

“This was a beautiful photo-shoot with a modern, bright and non-floral theme. This shoot creates stunning inspiration for brides wanting to see reception table decor, ceremony setup, and fun stationary and bridal couture.

Instead of using florals, I used a brooch bouquet, paper garland, pinwheels, fabulous linens and original stationary. This shoot was located at a private estate in Rancho Sante Fe never before used for photo-shoots.”

Our favourite thing about this shoot – no florals and it still looks amazing. Enjoy the wedding inspiration. You can find the full list of vendors listed after the jump.
