Today’s sweet couple, Anita and Phil, met in high school when they were rocking it out in a band together. Many years later they married at the Saratoga Foothill Club {a historical landmark} and opted for a stunning vintage themed wedding. Their amazing photographer was Kate of Kate Harrison Photography. This wedding is an oldie, but a goodie!

Anita’s wedding bouquet and Phil’s boutonniere had raspberries in them. Love this!

Anita and Phil found an amazing antique mantel, refinished it and used it as their altar {they now use it in their home}. How very sentimental! The couple also hung a romantic Victorian-esque chandelier, which added a little drama to the ceremony.

The couple played old black and white movies during their reception, used their well-loved novels as centerpieces, and encouraged guests to take photos of themselves with vintage cameras!

I’m super excited about today’s real wedding, which was photographed by Carina and Amanda or Love Me Do Photography. This wedding is truly unique and wonderful, all mixed into one. I specifically love the choice of venue, the German Society of Philadelphia. The venue has so much character from an amazing library and hardwood floors to gorgeous statues and oil paintings. What an amazing location for a wedding!

The amazing flowers are from Nature’s Gallery Florist, who have loads of organic, locally sourced and seasonal flowers. The brides bouquet is just breathtaking.

Alison wore a stunning vintage inspired wedding gown, which was made by her designer friend Anna McCraney {what a lucky bride}. The dress was inspired by a vintage Ossie Clark dress that Alison saw a celebrity wear to a premiere. The bride commented “I really just wanted something with a vintage feel.”

Today’s real wedding was photographed by the uber-talented Tec Petaja. This wedding is eye candy galore. It’s got everything you need from vibrant colors, to handmade details, to vintage details. The couple, Jordyn and Bradley, held their wedding at the Burritt on Mountain Museum in Huntsville, Alabama.

These colorful and quirky screen printed invitations are truly unique.

Lovely personalised fans; note the hand written program on the back of the fan. Such a fantastic idea; I really love weddings with personal touches like this and totally multi-purpose too!

Today I bring you yet another charming wedding photographed by Jonas Peterson. The venue for the ceremony was an old homestead in Milford, an area about 15 minutes from Boonah in Queensland, Australia. I love the country charm that this wedding oozes!
