Steven Khalil

Being a Steven Khalil bride means working closely with the designer himself for six to eight months during the lead up to your wedding.

This gives the bride the chance to collaborate with Steven Khalil and make perfect every single detail of your gown, customised to your wishes.

Steven Khalil, one of Australia’s leading bridal couturiers, is famous for his wedding dresses’ elegance and timeless beauty. He is inspired by elements from a classical era of European couture, and applies a contemporary edge to this. Flowing skirts, figure-flattering silhouettes, and intricate hand-detailing on luxurious fabrics are the Steven Khalil signature style. He has also designed gowns for some of the hottest celebrities on Australian television.

Steven had always been fascinated by fabrics ever since he was little. He finished his fashion studies at 19 and worked for several bridal houses, quickly gaining recognition for his eye for unique designs and quality workmanship. He was appointed Head Designer at 22 years old, and in 2003 established his own bridal designer label in Sydney.
