Alice and Dave’s Sydney Royal Botanic Garden Wedding

We love effortlessly chic weddings and we can’t help but think that this couple speaks our language.

Alice and Dave tied the knot whilst surrounded by gorgeous flora in The Royal Botanic Garden at the Lion Gate Lodge. Drinks and their wedding reception followed shortly after at the charming Lion Gate Lodge.

Hilary of Hilary Cam Photography captured the wedding and recalls, “Alice and Dave’s wedding was so effortless to photograph. The entire day was a reflection of their personalities. The bridal party were playful and hilariously sarcastic yet grounded, supportive and caring.

Alice and Dave had thrown out the rulebook for their wedding, they didn’t want to spend their afternoon taking photos while their guests partied and drank all the beer, and so they reversed it. We had the location photos first, followed by a mid-afternoon garden ceremony, and late-lunch reception that went into the night.

We have never had a wedding where the groom rides a lion statue, a classy bride breaks character for half a minute to attack a sausage roll, and the wedding cake has a mystery biter as a matter of family tradition. This wedding was our kind of awesome.”

Our favourite things about this wedding are the gorgeous pastel bridesmaid dresses, the relaxed vibe, and that the bride wore a vintage dress borrowed from her grandma’s wardrobe.

Regina and Josh’s Fun Philadelphia Wedding

If you’re in the mood for an elegant and fun wedding, you’re going to love this one.

Regina and Josh were all smiles as they wed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Their ceremony was followed by a gorgeous wedding reception at the Please Touch Museum in Philly.

Drew of Drew Noel Photography captured the lovely wedding and commented, “Josh and Regina are an amazing couple. Regina is a former model and actress who now hosts for LineRocket, [which is] Josh’s music company.

The two had an incredible light the day of their wedding and it was non-stop smiles and great times. The reception was held at the Please Touch Museum in Philly and was definitely made special by Evantine Designs!”

We’re smitten with the Purple and Black colour scheme, as well as the stunning wedding reception décor. Seriously gorgeous, don’t you think?

Emily and Patrick’s Salt Lake City Engagement

Raise your hand if you love these engagement photos…

Salt Lake City couple, Emily and Patrick, chose to have two scenes for their engagement session. One was a Bohemian style scene and the other was an Industrial style scene.

Amy of Amy Cloud Photography captured the engagement session and commented, “Emily and Patrick wanted a mix of the beautiful Utah Mountains, as well as a downtown Salt Lake City vibe for their engagement photos. We created two looks for each location.

I absolutely love how their [engagement] session turned out, [it’s] definitely one of my all time favourites. These two babes paired with a perfect wardrobe and a classy city backdrop was a total dream!”

Personally, we’re seriously besotted with the bohemian flower crown and the chic backless dress adorned with sequins.
